Make Secure Payment

Pay the Malawi visa fee by credit/debit card or via PayPal. A fee confirmation email will be sent once the payment is confirmed. 

Receive & Download e-Visa

Once approved, download the approved Malawi study e-Visa from your registered email ID and keep a copy for travel.

Tracking and Extension of the Study e-Visa Application

Track Application Status

Once the application is submitted for processing, the applicant starts receiving regular status updates at their registered email ID. 

Application status can also be self-tracked using the status tracker tool on the application portal. 

Extension

The study e-Visa can be extended inside Malawi by submitting an extension request to the relevant authorities in Malawi. The request must be submitted before the current e-Visa expires.
